BOOKINGS:
• All Bookings require a Deposit of $15 at time of reservation.
• A valid Credit Card must be provided.
• Bookings cannot be confirmed until a Deposit is paid and we do not ‘hold’ sites for tentative bookings.
• Deposits are not refundable or transferrable.
• All balances owing are to be paid IN FULL on check in, or by Peak-period due dates.
• We accept EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, Direct deposit and Cash.
• Specific Site and Cabin Numbers are not Guaranteed, although where possible all requests will be considered.

October Long Weekend:

All Other Long Weekends:

Where ‘peak period’ reservations are made after the above payment dates, then full payment is required at time of booking.
DISCOUNTS:
Pensioner Discount: 10% offered on request.
Group Discount: 10% for 10 or more Sites and/or Cabins occupied.
Long Stay Discount: 15% for guests staying 7 or more nights.
Dive Clubs & Fishing Charter Discount: 10% on all Sites.
Overseas Guest Discount: 20% for guests residing overseas.
All discounts are to be requested prior to payment of site as no refunds or credits will be given.
GROUP BOOKINGS: Please contact the Park directly to make a Group Booking.
THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS: We do not accept individual bookings by a third party, with the exception of Group Bookings. Each person must be responsible for managing their own booking (for confidentiality) and contact us directly. Gift Vouchers are available upon request, however full details of recipient must be given at time of purchase.
OUR GUARANTEE: We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your accommodation. If, however the accommodation does not meet your expectations, please visit reception within 30 minutes of check in. We may arrange a change of accommodation (if available) or offer you a refund of monies paid at the discretion of the Park Manager. Your deposit will then be forfeited. This does not apply for Long Weekends, Peak Periods & Public Holidays where accommodation has been pre-paid, when no refunds will be given.

Online Booking Cancellations: Each online booking website has its own cancellation/refund policy that might also be relevant to the specific deal that is being offered - please check with the relevant website.
ALTERING BOOKING DATES: In the event that you wish to alter your arrival or departure dates prior to check-in, the following conditions apply: You are welcome to alter your arrival/departure dates, except in 'peak periods' where any payments made by the due dates will be forfeited.
EARLY DEPARTURES: We apologise that here at Wirrina Cove Holiday Park, we do not offer refunds if you choose to leave early after sites have been paid for.
NO-SHOWS / FAILURE TO CANCEL / INCLEMENT WEATHER: No-Shows or Failure to Cancel any Booking prior to 6pm on the day check-in is due, will result in your Booking being fully cancelled. Tariffs and deposits are not refundable if your stay is cut short. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. No Refunds will be given for cancellations due to inclement or overly hot weather or weather conditions not to your liking. Please consider your dates carefully.
INSURANCE: We strongly recommend Insurance for all your holiday bookings to meet your personal requirements in respect to personal property, personal injury, illness, employment changes or weather conditions.
DAY VISITOR POLICY: All visitors must first register at reception, prior to visiting friends/ family & use the carpark at Reception. Visiting friends and family are welcomed, but must vacate the park by 10pm. Stays later than this will require payment by site guest.
PHOTOGRAPHY: By entering our Park, you and your children consent to being photographed from time to time using the facilities for the purposes of being included in promotional material of Wirrina Cove Holiday Park.
SPEED LIMIT: The safety of our guests is of prime importance. Please limit the speed of your vehicle to 10km/hr or WALKING PACE.
LITTER: Receptacles are located throughout the park, with Recycling for cans & bottles
SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN: Parents/Guardians are totally responsible for their children at all times and are expected to supervise their behaviour and ensure that they abide by the Park Rules. Children under 10-years of age must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the restrooms. Play Equipment and Sporting Facilities, Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades etc. must only be ridden on the roads within the park and at no more than 10km/hr. Please ensure the appropriate safety equipment is worn at all times. All play equipment and sporting facilities to only be used from 8.00am to sunset. NO BIKES TO BE RIDDEN AFTER SUNSET – NO EXCEPTIONS.
PET POLICY: Pets are welcome at the Holiday Park and we are only too pleased to accommodate them. Please read the
information below to ensure you & your pet can meet the following conditions:
• Please discuss bringing your dog or pet at time of making your booking.
• Limited dog-friendly cabins are available – please ring to organise cabin options. A $20/day per dog surcharge applies.
• Dogs are welcome ALL year in our park on both Powered and Unpowered camp sites.
• Under no circumstances are dogs permitted inside Reception; the Cafe; inside Amenities Block or Camp Kitchen unless the pet is registered as a Service Animal.
• Dogs are only allowed to enter the site or property of other guests if prior consent is given.
• When in the Park, dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 2-metres in length & under full control at all times.
• As the owner of the dog, you are responsible for the cleaning up after your pet which also includes toilet duties!
• No barking, incessant yapping or disturbing pet behaviour is allowed, anytime.
• "Doggie-do-do" bags are available from the dispenser outside Reception...
• Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended within the Park.
• All dog owners, whether you have expressly agreed or not, assume all liability regarding your dog being on our Private Property and indemnify us against all and any damages, all or any claims or other suits that may arise as a result of your dog being anywhere in our Caravan Park.
• Any breaches of the above conditions could result in early departure and forfeiture of monies paid.
• Short term boarding can be arranged, by prior arrangement for Guests wishing to venture out and/or attend an Event. Fees are: $25 for 3 hours or $50 for a full days boarding per animal.
FIRE POLICY: Small camp fires for warmth and cooking are permitted within the Park all-year around except on days of ‘Total Fire Ban,’ or if management of the Holiday Park deems it not suitable. Campfires must meet CFS Guidelines. Fire restrictions may apply. No fires or open flames are permitted during Total Fire Ban days. We require guests to use only seasoned 'cut' firewood (available for sale at Reception) and any overly smoky fires need to be extinguished at our request. Guests may bring their own firewood, but it must be pre-cut, containing no nails or screws. We do not at any time allow scavenging for timber within the Park (or on surrounding neighbouring property), with the exception of sticks/twigs for kindling - Sticks must be 'narrower than your thumb.' The use of axes, chainsaws or other implements are not permitted within the Park. No hot embers or remaining unburnt wood is to be placed beneath trees or any undergrowth within the Holiday Park & all ashes to be disposed of only in receptacles provided for this purpose. Please see us at Reception & we'll direct you to where the fire waste can be disposed. We do reserve the right to prohibit Fires or limit the number campfires within the Park
on busy Long Weekends & Holidays. Our guests see it as a HUGE privilege to be allowed to sit round a campfire at night. Please take exceptional caution with any fires/ flames/ BBQ's lit at our Park
Please report any incidents to staff at Reception.
Fires Must:
• Be kept to a maximum 1-metre in area.
• Be contained in an approved off-ground brazier or receptacle, except with prior permission from management.
• Have a 4-metre cleared space around and above the fire; free of tents/cars/tree branches etc.
• Have a responsible person in attendance at all times with water, hose reel and/or an extinguisher.
• Be fully extinguished by 12-midnight.
SAFETY: Wirrina Cove Holiday Park is committed to providing a safe environment for all park users. Should you observe anything that you feel compromises health and safety, please report it to Reception as soon as possible.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: Any person found to be damaging Park property or that of other guests will be evicted and will be held responsible for repair costs. The Person Named on the Booking is responsible for all guests within their Group. Wirrina Cove Holiday Park is absolved from all liability for accidents to customers and their guests, or from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
TREES & LANDSCAPING: Removal or damage to trees, shrubbery or park grounds is strictly prohibited. This includes scavenging for firewood. Please supervise children. No graffiti or damage to trees or property, whether perceived as harmless, will be tolerated.
RISK: We are a LARGE rural property with over 5,000 trees. We have many trees in our Park that drop branches and debris. We are continually pruning to reduce the risk. We cannot accept ANY responsibility whatsoever for personal injury or damage to personal property from falling branches or debris. There are many other potential Risks & hazards within our Park eg. Potential injury from animals – domestic or native, Play Equipment, Farm implements & Fauna. Wirrina Cove Holiday Park Pty Ltd. accepts NO responsibility for vehicles & their contents whilst in the Park.
CABIN / CAMPSITE ALLOCATION & RESPONSIBILITY: Specific Cabin/Campsite Numbers are not Guaranteed, although where possible all requests will be considered. The Guest named on the Booking is responsible for all persons in their Cabin/Campsite including any visitors & they will be contacted should there be any hassles with guests in their Site or Group.
Cabins: Maximum of 2 Adults & 2 Children. All Cabins are Non-Smoking. All cabins must be left clean and tidy & a cleaning fee of $50/hr may apply for cabins left in an unacceptable manner.
Campsites: Maximum of 6-guests per Site. All Campsites must be kept clean & tidy & left in the condition they were found.
UNDER 18’s: Guests under 18-years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when staying at our Park.
NOISE POLICY & 10 P.M. QUIET TIME: We understand that you come on holiday to have a great time, but we ask if you could please respect your neighbours while staying at Wirrina Cove Holiday Park. Loud or disturbing behaviour will not be tolerated at any time. No excessive noise is to be audible to the adjacent site after 10pm. Quiet time is between 12pm and 7am DST to ensure all of our guests get a good night's rest. This includes all: social gatherings, music, radios, televisions, DVD players and games. Any campfires MUST be fully extinguished by 12-midnight. Our peaceful valley setting means that noise travels easily at night time. For disturbances ANYTIME, please do not hesitate to contact us on the Park number. Phone numbers are on your issued park leaflet and also on the noticeboard at Reception. Special circumstances may be negotiated at the management’s discretion (eg New Years Eve and private functions).
BEHAVIOUR: Swearing, anti-social behaviour & unlawful acts including but not limited to; violence, use of drugs, theft, vandalism, abuse (physical or verbal), foul language, excessive noise, unruly behaviour, drunken behaviour & under 18’s drinking are totally unacceptable & are not permitted at any time. The Park Owners or their representatives reserve the right to withdraw any booking or require the eviction of any persons if in their opinion there is a breach of any part of this rule. Intoxicated or Drug affected individuals will be asked to leave.
ALCOHOL: Guests must not at any time consume any liquor or have in his or her possession any unsealed liquor container, other than when in their Cabin and/or on their Campsite. Exemptions to this are for Special Events where the Park holds a Liquor License and alcohol may be purchased from the Reception/Café & consumed within the specified area for the Event. Under 18’s drinking within the Holiday Park will not be tolerated.
ABNORMAL WEATHER FORECASTS: In the event that Wirrina Cove Holiday Park is to be affected by severe weather conditions beyond management’s control during your expected stay, management will endeavour to contact all guests and reserves the right to cancel all or part of your booking for your own safety.
ABANDONED PROPERTY: We will try to contact guests/tenants regarding any personal items left at the Park and will keep them stored for 28-days. After this time and at the discretion of Park Management, they will be stored for a further period of 3-months, then discarded. We accept no responsibility for lost or abandoned property.
POWER LEADS, WATER, GAS & SULLAGE HOSES: Power Cords Only 15-amp power cords with 15-amp terminals (plugs) and a minimum length of 10 metres are allowed, for your safety. All connections must conform to government requirements. Unoccupied vans must not be left connected to services.
DISTANCE BETWEEN TENTS, RV’s & CARAVANS: Must be at least 3-metres. Drawbars to remain facing the road & at all times uncovered.
SUB LETTING: Hiring your van out is not permitted. If others use your van you must instruct them to register their names at Reception & pay the appropriate fee.

Location: We are located adjacent to the coast at Wirrina Cove, 90 minutes from Adelaide Airport or the Adelaide city. We are 10 minutes from local shops and a health centre. Across the road is Wirrina Resort (which has a 18 hole golf course) and 2kms away is the Marina St Vincent which has launching facilities. Closest hospital is located at Victor Harbour (45km) or Noarlunga Centre (60km).
How far to the beach: We are approximately 2km from the Marina and the ocean. Beside the Marina is a small beach suitable for walking/swimming dogs. Quality swimming beaches can be found at Second Valley (5km) or Normanville (11km).
Airport pick-ups: We do not offer a Courtesy pick up/drop off service to and from the Adelaide Airport. However, Sealink Ferries offer a daily bus service to Wirrina Cove that leaves from the centre of Adelaide City. Yankalilla Council also offer a shuttle service. Please contact us for details.
Animals: Dogs and guest’s pets are welcome within our park as long as they are restrained (eg. Dogs must be on a leash at ALL times except when exercised in designated ‘off-lead’ areas) and under the owner’s control at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or ask to leave from our premise any guest and their pet/s who are disruptive, aggressive or in any way disturb the harmony of our Park. See Pet Policy.
BBQ Facilities: We have gas operated BBQs that are free to use for all guests.
Bikes: Helmets must be worn at all times when riding bicycles within the Holiday Park grounds. However, for the safety of our guests, the use of rollerblades, skateboards, electric scooters, quadbikes (or similar) and rip-sticks are not permitted. All road rules are enforceable within the Holiday Park.
Camp kitchen: The camp kitchen is adjacent to the lady’s restrooms and features a benchtop electric oven and 2 x hotplates, fridge, 2 x sinks, microwave, kettle and toaster & fully automated coffee machine. The use of all these facilities are free.
Laundry facilities: The washing machines & dryers takes 5 x $1 coins (and also takes $2 coins). Clothes lines are next to the Laundry. Erecting clothes lines from trees or on campsites is not permitted.
Café/Reception: Reception has for your convenience Ice-creams, Cold Drinks, Confectionary, Chips, Bagged Ice and some Grocery Items. Tennis Racquets & Balls are available for free hire. Should you require a Sunday Mail newspaper during your stay, please order your copy at reception. Our Café has espresso coffee, milkshakes, sandwiches & deep-fried food. Please check as our hours of operation vary. Our commercial kitchen caters for Events by arrangement.
Smoking: All cabin accommodation, toilets, camp kitchen and reception building are non-smoking.
WIFI connection: WIFI network is not available for guest use. Only under special circumstances can WIFI be obtained from reception.
Day light savings: The Holiday Park is located in SA and therefore operates on Day Light Saving time (DST)
TV reception: Reception is marginal within Wirrina Cove and depending on your antenna, TV may not be received. Some sites do have access to free to air TV connection, so please request at time of booking.
Phone reception: Telstra is the preferred carrier for the best phone reception within the Park. At the reception building a phone reception booster is in place to help give additional coverage to Telstra users.
Heating & Air conditioning: All of our cabin accommodation has reverse-cycle air conditioning, along with our Reception & Café area.
TV’s and DVD players: All cabins have a TV with USB port. DVD players available for free hire on request for cabins. We have a high-definition, large-screen TV at Café/Reception with DVD/USB available for guest use.
Shops: Normanville (10kms North) has Foodland, Butchers, Cafes and many Restaurants. Yankalilla, Second Valley & Delamere have shops also. The nearest Fuel Station is Normanville.
Speed: 10kmph. Shared pedestrian, vehicle and cycleway. Whilst this is private property, all road rules are applicable and are enforceable within the Holiday Park. Please observe the speed limit. Children have right of way on all roads.
Parking: One (1) car allowed per site unless arranged with management prior to arrival. Limited additional spaces available in Visitors Car Park
Site Location: Please be specific about your needs when making your booking. Each site has different attributes and although we best locate you within the Park according to what management deems appropriate, no guarantees can be made to its suitability. Consider site size, trees, shade, site levelness, power, water and/or sullage connection. TV connection availability, distance from toilets etc etc.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish within the bins provided throughout the Park.
Recycling: We encourage all guests to use the recycling bins provided for bottles and cans.
First Aid: Basic First-Aid supplies available at Reception. Please phone 000 for emergencies. The Southern Family Practice @ Yankalilla is the closest Medical Centre, with Victor Harbour and Flinders being the closest hospitals. Please inform us of any incidents within our Park.
Water: Tap Water in the main buildings and on powered sites is filtered and is drinkable. Alternatively, bottled water is available for purchase from Reception.

Play Equipment and Sporting Facilities, Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades etc. must only be ridden on the roads within the park and at no more than 10km/hr. Please ensure the appropriate safety equipment is worn at all times. All play equipment and sporting facilities to only be used from 8.00am to sunset. NO BIKES TO BE RIDDEN AFTER SUNSET – NO EXCEPTIONS.
PET POLICY: Pets are welcome at the Holiday Park and we are only too pleased to accommodate them. Please read the
information below to ensure you & your pet can meet the following conditions:
• Please discuss bringing your dog or pet at time of making your booking.
• Limited dog-friendly cabins are available – please ring to organise cabin options. A $20/day per dog surcharge applies.
• Dogs are welcome ALL year in our park on both Powered and Unpowered camp sites.
• Under no circumstances are dogs permitted inside Reception; the Cafe; inside Amenities Block or Camp Kitchen unless the pet is registered as a Service Animal.
• Dogs are only allowed to enter the site or property of other guests if prior consent is given.
• When in the Park, dogs must be kept on a leash no longer than 2-metres in length & under full control at all times.
• As the owner of the dog, you are responsible for the cleaning up after your pet which also includes toilet duties!
• No barking, incessant yapping or disturbing pet behaviour is allowed, anytime.
• "Doggie-do-do" bags are available from the dispenser outside Reception...
• Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended within the Park.
• All dog owners, whether you have expressly agreed or not, assume all liability regarding your dog being on our Private Property and indemnify us against all and any damages, all or any claims or other suits that may arise as a result of your dog being anywhere in our Caravan Park.
• Any breaches of the above conditions could result in early departure and forfeiture of monies paid.
• Short term boarding can be arranged, by prior arrangement for Guests wishing to venture out and/or attend an Event. Fees are: $25 for 3 hours or $50 for a full days boarding per animal.
FIRE POLICY: Small camp fires for warmth and cooking are permitted within the Park all-year around except on days of ‘Total Fire Ban,’ or if management of the Holiday Park deems it not suitable. Campfires must meet CFS Guidelines. Fire restrictions may apply. No fires or open flames are permitted during Total Fire Ban days. We require guests to use only seasoned 'cut' firewood (available for sale at Reception) and any overly smoky fires need to be extinguished at our request. Guests may bring their own firewood, but it must be pre-cut, containing no nails or screws. We do not at any time allow scavenging for timber within the Park (or on surrounding neighbouring property), with the exception of sticks/twigs for kindling - Sticks must be 'narrower than your thumb.' The use of axes, chainsaws or other implements are not permitted within the Park. No hot embers or remaining unburnt wood is to be placed beneath trees or any undergrowth within the Holiday Park & all ashes to be disposed of only in receptacles provided for this purpose. Please see us at Reception & we'll direct you to where the fire waste can be disposed. We do reserve the right to prohibit Fires or limit the number campfires within the Park
on busy Long Weekends & Holidays. Our guests see it as a HUGE privilege to be allowed to sit round a campfire at night. Please take exceptional caution with any fires/ flames/ BBQ's lit at our Park
Please report any incidents to staff at Reception.
Fires Must:
• Be kept to a maximum 1-metre in area.
• Be contained in an approved off-ground brazier or receptacle, except with prior permission from management.
• Have a 4-metre cleared space around and above the fire; free of tents/cars/tree branches etc.
• Have a responsible person in attendance at all times with water, hose reel and/or an extinguisher.
• Be fully extinguished by 12-midnight.
SAFETY: Wirrina Cove Holiday Park is committed to providing a safe environment for all park users. Should you observe anything that you feel compromises health and safety, please report it to Reception as soon as possible.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: Any person found to be damaging Park property or that of other guests will be evicted and will be held responsible for repair costs. The Person Named on the Booking is responsible for all guests within their Group. Wirrina Cove Holiday Park is absolved from all liability for accidents to customers and their guests, or from any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.
TREES & LANDSCAPING: Removal or damage to trees, shrubbery or park grounds is strictly prohibited. This includes scavenging for firewood. Please supervise children. No graffiti or damage to trees or property, whether perceived as harmless, will be tolerated.
RISK: We are a LARGE rural property with over 5,000 trees. We have many trees in our Park that drop branches and debris. We are continually pruning to reduce the risk. We cannot accept ANY responsibility whatsoever for personal injury or damage to personal property from falling branches or debris. There are many other potential Risks & hazards within our Park eg. Potential injury from animals – domestic or native, Play Equipment, Farm implements & Fauna. Wirrina Cove Holiday Park Pty Ltd. accepts NO responsibility for vehicles & their contents whilst in the Park.
CABIN / CAMPSITE ALLOCATION & RESPONSIBILITY: Specific Cabin/Campsite Numbers are not Guaranteed, although where possible all requests will be considered. The Guest named on the Booking is responsible for all persons in their Cabin/Campsite including any visitors & they will be contacted should there be any hassles with guests in their Site or Group.
Cabins: Maximum of 2 Adults & 2 Children. All Cabins are Non-Smoking. All cabins must be left clean and tidy & a cleaning fee of $50/hr may apply for cabins left in an unacceptable manner.
Campsites: Maximum of 6-guests per Site. All Campsites must be kept clean & tidy & left in the condition they were found.
UNDER 18’s: Guests under 18-years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when staying at our Park.
NOISE POLICY & 10 P.M. QUIET TIME: We understand that you come on holiday to have a great time, but we ask if you could please respect your neighbours while staying at Wirrina Cove Holiday Park. Loud or disturbing behaviour will not be tolerated at any time. No excessive noise is to be audible to the adjacent site after 10pm. Quiet time is between 12pm and 7am DST to ensure all of our guests get a good night's rest. This includes all: social gatherings, music, radios, televisions, DVD players and games. Any campfires MUST be fully extinguished by 12-midnight. Our peaceful valley setting means that noise travels easily at night time. For disturbances ANYTIME, please do not hesitate to contact us on the Park number. Phone numbers are on your issued park leaflet and also on the noticeboard at Reception. Special circumstances may be negotiated at the management’s discretion (eg New Years Eve and private functions).
BEHAVIOUR: Swearing, anti-social behaviour & unlawful acts including but not limited to; violence, use of drugs, theft, vandalism, abuse (physical or verbal), foul language, excessive noise, unruly behaviour, drunken behaviour & under 18’s drinking are totally unacceptable & are not permitted at any time. The Park Owners or their representatives reserve the right to withdraw any booking or require the eviction of any persons if in their opinion there is a breach of any part of this rule. Intoxicated or Drug affected individuals will be asked to leave.
ALCOHOL: Guests must not at any time consume any liquor or have in his or her possession any unsealed liquor container, other than when in their Cabin and/or on their Campsite. Exemptions to this are for Special Events where the Park holds a Liquor License and alcohol may be purchased from the Reception/Café & consumed within the specified area for the Event. Under 18’s drinking within the Holiday Park will not be tolerated.
ABNORMAL WEATHER FORECASTS: In the event that Wirrina Cove Holiday Park is to be affected by severe weather conditions beyond management’s control during your expected stay, management will endeavour to contact all guests and reserves the right to cancel all or part of your booking for your own safety.
ABANDONED PROPERTY: We will try to contact guests/tenants regarding any personal items left at the Park and will keep them stored for 28-days. After this time and at the discretion of Park Management, they will be stored for a further period of 3-months, then discarded. We accept no responsibility for lost or abandoned property.
POWER LEADS, WATER, GAS & SULLAGE HOSES: Power Cords Only 15-amp power cords with 15-amp terminals (plugs) and a minimum length of 10 metres are allowed, for your safety. All connections must conform to government requirements. Unoccupied vans must not be left connected to services.
DISTANCE BETWEEN TENTS, RV’s & CARAVANS: Must be at least 3-metres. Drawbars to remain facing the road & at all times uncovered.
SUB LETTING: Hiring your van out is not permitted. If others use your van you must instruct them to register their names at Reception & pay the appropriate fee.

Location: We are located adjacent to the coast at Wirrina Cove, 90 minutes from Adelaide Airport or the Adelaide city. We are 10 minutes from local shops and a health centre. Across the road is Wirrina Resort (which has a 18 hole golf course) and 2kms away is the Marina St Vincent which has launching facilities. Closest hospital is located at Victor Harbour (45km) or Noarlunga Centre (60km).
How far to the beach: We are approximately 2km from the Marina and the ocean. Beside the Marina is a small beach suitable for walking/swimming dogs. Quality swimming beaches can be found at Second Valley (5km) or Normanville (11km).
Airport pick-ups: We do not offer a Courtesy pick up/drop off service to and from the Adelaide Airport. However, Sealink Ferries offer a daily bus service to Wirrina Cove that leaves from the centre of Adelaide City. Yankalilla Council also offer a shuttle service. Please contact us for details.
Animals: Dogs and guest’s pets are welcome within our park as long as they are restrained (eg. Dogs must be on a leash at ALL times except when exercised in designated ‘off-lead’ areas) and under the owner’s control at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or ask to leave from our premise any guest and their pet/s who are disruptive, aggressive or in any way disturb the harmony of our Park. See Pet Policy.
BBQ Facilities: We have gas operated BBQs that are free to use for all guests.
Bikes: Helmets must be worn at all times when riding bicycles within the Holiday Park grounds. However, for the safety of our guests, the use of rollerblades, skateboards, electric scooters, quadbikes (or similar) and rip-sticks are not permitted. All road rules are enforceable within the Holiday Park.
Camp kitchen: The camp kitchen is adjacent to the lady’s restrooms and features a benchtop electric oven and 2 x hotplates, fridge, 2 x sinks, microwave, kettle and toaster & fully automated coffee machine. The use of all these facilities are free.
Laundry facilities: The washing machines & dryers takes 5 x $1 coins (and also takes $2 coins). Clothes lines are next to the Laundry. Erecting clothes lines from trees or on campsites is not permitted.
Café/Reception: Reception has for your convenience Ice-creams, Cold Drinks, Confectionary, Chips, Bagged Ice and some Grocery Items. Tennis Racquets & Balls are available for free hire. Should you require a Sunday Mail newspaper during your stay, please order your copy at reception. Our Café has espresso coffee, milkshakes, sandwiches & deep-fried food. Please check as our hours of operation vary. Our commercial kitchen caters for Events by arrangement.
Smoking: All cabin accommodation, toilets, camp kitchen and reception building are non-smoking.
WIFI connection: WIFI network is not available for guest use. Only under special circumstances can WIFI be obtained from reception.
Day light savings: The Holiday Park is located in SA and therefore operates on Day Light Saving time (DST)
TV reception: Reception is marginal within Wirrina Cove and depending on your antenna, TV may not be received. Some sites do have access to free to air TV connection, so please request at time of booking.
Phone reception: Telstra is the preferred carrier for the best phone reception within the Park. At the reception building a phone reception booster is in place to help give additional coverage to Telstra users.
Heating & Air conditioning: All of our cabin accommodation has reverse-cycle air conditioning, along with our Reception & Café area.
TV’s and DVD players: All cabins have a TV with USB port. DVD players available for free hire on request for cabins. We have a high-definition, large-screen TV at Café/Reception with DVD/USB available for guest use.
Shops: Normanville (10kms North) has Foodland, Butchers, Cafes and many Restaurants. Yankalilla, Second Valley & Delamere have shops also. The nearest Fuel Station is Normanville.
Speed: 10kmph. Shared pedestrian, vehicle and cycleway. Whilst this is private property, all road rules are applicable and are enforceable within the Holiday Park. Please observe the speed limit. Children have right of way on all roads.
Parking: One (1) car allowed per site unless arranged with management prior to arrival. Limited additional spaces available in Visitors Car Park
Site Location: Please be specific about your needs when making your booking. Each site has different attributes and although we best locate you within the Park according to what management deems appropriate, no guarantees can be made to its suitability. Consider site size, trees, shade, site levelness, power, water and/or sullage connection. TV connection availability, distance from toilets etc etc.
Rubbish: Please place all rubbish within the bins provided throughout the Park.
Recycling: We encourage all guests to use the recycling bins provided for bottles and cans.
First Aid: Basic First-Aid supplies available at Reception. Please phone 000 for emergencies. The Southern Family Practice @ Yankalilla is the closest Medical Centre, with Victor Harbour and Flinders being the closest hospitals. Please inform us of any incidents within our Park.
Water: Tap Water in the main buildings and on powered sites is filtered and is drinkable. Alternatively, bottled water is available for purchase from Reception.
